Usually it's best at 14 days to 17 or 18 days old egg for the courageous one. The smell, taste , the looks may not be desirable yet it's taste is the best. You might wonder why balut is sold at night, this is because the looks of balut may not be desirable for the person who eats it. So it is suggested to be eaten in the dark inorder not to clearly see it. The feathers of the chick may be very distructive for the person whose eating it. But if you're used eating. Day or night it doesn't matter. Whatever is the time it's okay.
Now a days, to some men it's also good for more power and energy, especially the one that they desire at night. Older men who wish to do more for the love of their wife. Even the richest people tend to backlash with the fight because they also felt the crisis of life, how much more us--ordinary people? People who just rely on the small pay that we recieve.
